چکیده
In this paper, we prove a functional central limit theorem (FCLT) for stochastic epidemic model with varying infectivity and general infectious periods recently introduced in R. Forien et al. [Epidemic models infectivity, SIAM J. Appl. Math. 81 (2021), pp. 1893–1930]. The process (total force of infection at each time) is composed the independent random functions individual, which starts time infection. These induce (as well as exposed, recovered or immune full generality), whose probability distributions can be very general. includes generalized non–Markovian SIR, SEIR, SIS, SIRS infection-age dependent infectivity. FCLTs SIR SEIR models, limits diffusion-scaled fluctuations susceptible processes are unique solution to two-dimensional Gaussian-driven Volterra integral equations, then given these solutions, infected (exposed/infectious) Gaussian expressed terms solutions those equations. We also present SIS models.

Functional central limit theorems for vicious walkers
We consider the diffusion scaling limit of the vicious walker model that is a system of nonintersecting random walks. We prove a functional central limit theorem for the model and derive two types of nonintersecting Brownian motions, in which the nonintersecting condition is imposed in a finite time interval (0, T ] for the first type and in an infinite time interval (0,∞) for the second type, ...
متن کاملExponential inequalities and functional central limit theorems for random fields
We establish new exponential inequalities for partial sums of random fields. Next, using classical chaining arguments, we give sufficient conditions for partial sum processes indexed by large classes of sets to converge to a set-indexed Brownian motion. For stationary fields of bounded random variables, the condition is expressed in terms of a series of conditional expectations. For non-uniform...
متن کاملFunctional central limit theorems for Markov-modulated infinite-server systems
In this paper we study the Markov-modulated M/M/∞ queue, with a focus on the correlation structure of the number of jobs in the system. The main results describe the system’s asymptotic behavior under a particular scaling of the model parameters in terms of a functional central limit theorem. More specifically, relying on the martingale central limit theorem, this result is established, coverin...
متن کاملCentral Limit Theorems for Generalized Pólya Urn Models
In this paper we obtain central limit theorems for generalized Pólya urn models with L ≥ 2 colors where one out ofK different replacements (actions) is applied randomly at each step. Each possible action constitutes a row of the replacement matrix, which can be nonsquare and random. The actions are chosen following a probability distribution given by an arbitrary function of the proportions of ...
متن کاملChapter 5: Asymptotic Methods and Functional Central Limit Theorems
This chapter sketches the fundamentals of asymptotic distribution theory, and applies these speci cally to questions relating to weak convergence on function spaces. These results have important applications in the analysis of nonstationary time series models. A simple case of the functional central limit theorem for processes with independent increments is stated and proved, after detailing th...
